How do you base your pricing?

We base our prices on the number of hours worked. The number of hours worked will also depend on how large your home is and the amount of cleaning that is required. For one cleaner the hourly rate is $25/hr with a three hour minimum from Monday to Friday. The average cleaning starts at $75.00. On the weekend the hourly rate is $30/hr with a three hour minimum. The average cleaning starts at $90.00.

 

How should I pay?

We accept cash and check payable to Aroma Green Cleaning Service on the day of the clean.

 

Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?

No, we provide environmentally friendly cleaning products to assure your safety and comfort. We also provide a vacuum cleaner.

 

What are your working hours and do I need to be home during the clean?

We are open Monday- Sunday from 9am to 6pm. We recommend that the client be home on the first day to meet with the cleaner to be clear on the services provided and review any special request.

 

Do I need to do anything before the clean?

The best way to prepare for your schedule clean is to straighten and tidy up as much as possible. That way the cleaner can focus on cleaning up dust and grime. Just take a few minutes to put the dishes in the dishwasher or putting cloths or toys away.

 

How will you enter my home on my scheduled day to clean?

This is up to you and what you are most comfortable with:

You may leave us a key – for clients that choose this method we utilize as secret number for each key so that they cannot be related to the home or door that it opens. Keys are also locked up for security.

You can hide the key the day of the scheduled clean

You can give us the code to enter your home

You can leave the door unlocked the day of the clean

 

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to change your schedule cleaning time, we would like a minimum 24 hour notice in advance. We can move your cleaning visit to another time if you wish or you cancel it all together.

 
What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a Holiday?

We will contact you to reschedule for another day.

 

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes! If we do not clean something in your home sufficiently, and the cleaner has not been given a time limit, then we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied at no extra charge. You must however notify us within 24 hours.
